• For your Leveling orders, RandyRun finds you an experienced pro gamer that will level your character to the desired level.
• You enter your start and end level in the order transaction, and also enter the playing time that you would like to play in youself. The rest of the time will be used by the pro gamer to level your character till the order is complete.
• To allow the leveler to access your account, you should specify your account name and password. As soon as your character’s leveling is completed, you should change your password to avoid abuse.
  

• Suspensions : In these cases, your account will be temporarily blocked by the game producers. Afterwards, however, it will be opened again.
• Bans: In such cases, we recommend that you write the game producers (Blizzard etc.) and try to retrieve your account.
• If that does not work, the respective leveler is obligated to level a new char for you. However, to avoid abuse, we can only level a character of the exact same type. We cannot make any guarantees concerning equipment.
• Another possibility is to let the leveler to pay you in game currency (gold etc.) comparable to the worth of the leveling. The worth of the lost character is not replaced in this quasi-reimbursement.
• Important: Suspending customer accounts is not correct, and you as a gamer, have the right to file the game producer’s for suit. Since it concerns a legal issue between you and the game producer, the settlement must occur between you and the game producer. Further inquiries can be sent to the RandyRun service team.

Trusted Trade

Med "Trusted Trade" leverer vi direkte ind på din account og derfor er der ingen risiko for, at dit gold bliver slettet. Vi opretter først en ny character og herefter laver vi et online trade med en af vores sælgere. Til sidst sender vi dit gold til din main character.

Trusted Trade taler for sig selv:

1. Du er sikker på at modtage dit gold
Blizzard tjekker flere og flere private mailbokses og sletter WoW gold mails. Dette vil ikke ske med vores Trusted Trade leveringssystem, da vi sender dit gold internt på din account.

2. Du beskytter din account
Det nye overvågningssystem fra Blizzard kan spore tidligere WoW gold mails via mailboks og kan af den grund vælger at evt. lukke din account. Denne risiko er der ikke med Trusted Trade leveringer.

3. Ingen af dine characters bliver brugt til online trades
Vi opretter en ny character på din account og bruger ingen af dine characters. Når vi har tradet online med en af vores sælgere, sender vi dit gold til din main character. Denne ingame mail er 100% sikker, da den bliver sendt internt på din account.
